Jennifer Fernandez

Jennifer is our Business Administrator and Dr. Fernandez’ wife. She graduated from Duke University in 1994 and earned her MBA from the College of William and Mary in 2004. Jennifer has been working behind the scenes with the practice since the beginning, and has gradually become more visible in the office. She enjoys number crunching and talking to people. In her spare time, Jennifer loves to be outside with her family on the boat, at the beach, or on top of a ski mountain.

Adriane Nimmo

Adriane began working with our practice in January 2021 first as a dental assistant and now also as our Treatment Coordinator. She has been a dental assistant since 2014. She loves working with patients and helping them to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three dogs, friends and family.

Amanda Butcher

Amanda joined our front desk team in November 2021. She spent the beginning of her adulthood raising four children including a set of identical twins. Amanda is new to the dental world and looks forward to making it a long-term career. Her kind and personable nature welcomes patients and puts them at ease. She enjoys traveling and destressing at the beach in her free time.

Jasmin Cohen

Jasmin graduated from dental assisting school in 2006 and we welcomed her to our practice in January 2022. Jasmin is passionate about her job and treats her patients how she would want to be treated. She enjoys learning new things in her field and it shows.

Jasmin stays busy with her three kids and renovating her new home in Virginia Beach. When she does have free time, she likes going to the beach, breweries and hiking in the Shenandoah.

Julie Butler

We welcomed Julie to our front office staff in June of 2022. She recently moved to the area from Northern Virginia. Before her fresh start in dentistry, she worked for many medical offices performing office administrative, prior authorization, medical coding, and claims processing services. Her medical experience has translated well into the dental field. Julie excels at multi-tasking, schedule management and assisting our patients in a friendly and calm manner.

She is a professional singer and previously performed as lead showband vocalist for Carnival Cruise Lines. Julie traveled the world performing music and finally returned to settle down in Virginia. She is newly married to her wonderful husband, Connor, and a cat mom of two! Julie is loves being part of this fabulous team and looks forward to getting to know all of you!
